With a focus on excellence and a deep understanding of the automotive industry, we continue to set benchmarks as a market leader.Your Role:As the Claims Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end management of our claims function. You will be responsible for leading the team, driving operational performance, and ensuring the delivery of ahigh-quality, customer-focused claims service. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, critical to the ongoing development and success of our claims operation.Key Accountabilities:Manage the overall performance of the claims function, including people, processes, and systems.Lead, coach, and develop the claims team to ensure high standards of service, accuracy, and compliance.Own and refine claims strategies, policies, and procedures in line with business goals and industry best practices.Act as a senior escalation point for complex or high-value claims, providing expert input and oversight.Collaborate with senior leadership, underwriting, customer service, and external partners to ensure smooth end-to-end claims handling.Monitor and report on key claims metrics, trends, and risk indicators to inform business decisions.Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and customer outcomes.Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with Company procedures, policy terms and regulatory standards, maintaining a consistent focus on fairness, accuracy and customer service.Lead internal claims audits and support external regulatory or partner audits by preparing documentation, addressing findings, and implementing corrective actions where required.Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service standards.Skills & Experience Required:Significant experience in claims management, ideally within the automotive or insurance sectors.Proven leadership capability, with experience managing teams and delivering through others.Strong understanding of claims workflows, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a commercial mindset.Confident communicator and influencer, comfortable working cross-functionally and at senior levels.Organised, results-driven, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to change and innovation.Company Culture and Values:The Client fosters a culture of trust, innovation, and empowerment.
