These roles sit within a fast-paced HR function supporting complex and high-volume ER casework across a large workforce.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence casesProvide expert advice to managers in line with NHS policies and proceduresEnsure consistent application of employment law and local HR frameworksLiaise with internal stakeholders to support resolution of cases within set timelinesMaintain accurate documentation and case recordsRequired Skills & Experience:Strong NHS employee relations experienceConfident handling high caseloads in large, complex organisationsAble to provide evidence of previous headcount and case volume managedAvailable to be on-site 4 days per week (South London)If you're available and meet the above criteria, send your CV to:zhinkinson@
