Health Safety Environment Advisor

We’re looking for a Senior HSEQ Advisor who’s passionate about high standards, thrives in a team environment, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. This role is key to supporting and improving our health, safety, environmental and quality systems across a range of civil engineering projects.You'll be working closely with site teams, management, and clients to help maintain compliance and promote a strong safety culture across the board.What you’ll be doing:Supporting project teams with expert HSEQ adviceLeading and assisting with audits, inspections, and incident investigationsMonitoring compliance with legislation, procedures, and best practiceDriving improvement actions and reporting on outcomesCoaching and influencing teams on all things HSEQYou’ll need:At least 5 years' experience in a construction (preferably civil engineering) environmentNEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum), working toward Diploma/NVQ 5/6Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 systemsStrong communicator with confidence, integrity, and a proactive mindsetA full UK driving licence If you’re ready to help raise the bar for health, safety, environment and quality — we’d love to hear from you.
