Role DescriptionThis is zero hours, on-site role located in Newcastle Upon Tyne for a Food and Beverage Assistant. The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for serving food and beverages, ensuring high levels of customer service. Daily tasks include setting up catering provision in our meeting spaces, taking orders in the 5|Quarter café bar, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in food service areas. The role also involves interacting with customers to ensure a great experience that will ensure a return trip.QualificationsSkills in food service Experience in providing excellent customer serviceKnowledge of food & beverage handling and proceduresStrong communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPrevious experience in the hospitality industry is beneficialFlexible and adaptable approach to work
