Women's Football Lead Coach

Soccer Elite FA (SEFA) are a leading football organisation based in Kent. We are looking for a Women's Football Lead Coach to join us on a permanent basis.RESPONSIBILITIESTo be the lead on the senior squads in our SEFA women pathway: senior first team (playing at tier 6 on Sundays, training on Wednesdays), U18 JPL squad (Saturday games and training on Wednesdays) and Northfleet School for Girls Post-16 programme (midweek daytimes).REQUIREMENTSUEFA C-license or equivalent experienceKnowledge and background in women's footballAn up to date DBS check or a willingness to obtain one prior to employmentAn up to date FA safeguarding certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employmentAn up to date first aid certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employmentA driving license and access to a carPREFERREDMinibus driving licensePERSONAL SPECIFICATIONLives within a commutable distance of Northfleet, Gillingham and MaidstoneJOB INFORMATION£15-25 per hour12 hours per weekFrom September 2025Apply with a covering letter and CV to careers@
