We also provide training and apprenticeship opportunities and are committed to minimizing our environmental impact.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator located in Warrington. The Estimator will be responsible for calculating cost estimates, preparing budgets, and monitoring project expenditures. Daily tasks include analysing blueprints, specifications, and proposals, budgeting project costs, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients. The Estimator will also be responsible for presenting estimates to clients and negotiating contract terms.QualificationsExperience in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysisProficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and technical drawingsStrong analytical and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fieldAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
