Paralegal – Global Fund Manager

A leading global asset manager is seeking a Paralegal to join their Legal team in London. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of fund-related legal and regulatory matters across UCITS and alternative fund structures.You will work as part of a collaborative Legal team, supporting product and distribution goals for the firm’s fund ranges. Responsibilities & Duties:Coordinating regulatory filings and document preparationManaging country registrations and maintaining relevant databasesOverseeing and liaising with third-party service providersProducing and reviewing key investor documents and offering materialsAssisting with account documentation and commercial contractsSupporting the wider Legal, Product, and Operations teams on day-to-day mattersMaintaining operating procedures and managing legal filesThe role requires:Minimum 1 year of experience as a ParalegalExperience within asset management or the financial services practice of a law firmStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to take initiative and ownership of projectsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness to learn and develop within the roleExperience with country registrations for UCITS and/or alternative funds (desirable)Familiarity with UCITS and AIF structures and regulatory requirements (desirable)Knowledge of fund operations and distribution (desirable)This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Paralegal with financial services or asset management experience to join a high-performing team and develop their career within a top-tier global investment manager.
