The company are in growth mode, has a wealth of repeat and new business lined up + a highly experienced, settled leadership team in place to set you up for long term success.The role:Build and adapt Health Economic Models (Cost-effectiveness, budget-impact & others bespoke models) using Excel, VBA & RWork on broader technical/statistical projects, survival analysis etc.Develop projects working within a smaller company with no politics or rigid structures!Support the growth of the company by assisting with proposals and understanding client needsBe exposed to a variety of work in a small Global company who specialise in Market Access & HEORContribute to cross functional projects, gaining exposure to different parts of the business Mentor junior colleagues and take on managerial responsibility over time Ideal profile:3+ years Health Economic modelling experience (ideally in consulting, but strong academic backgrounds considered)MSc / PhD in Health Economics, Stats, other relevant fieldUK HTA knowledge experience is desirableHappy being hands-on and enjoys being in the detailsGood communication skills to help foster relationships internally and externallyEnjoys a smaller growing team, visible role with great opportunity make an impactFor more information, reach me at greg.harris@
