Looking for an exciting new career opportunity within intralogistics? CrimsonXT has partnered with a global material handling company, looking to hire a Solutions Consultant for the team. This role offers the opportunity to travel to customer sites (both UK and Europe, depending on demand) and occasional trips to Finland. You will also be required to travel to Finland for an orientation visit after you start, for 5-20 days.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, international team of specialists.Role responsibilities:In your role, you act as the link between sales, customer operations, and technical solutions, designing scalable systems that maximise warehouse performance. You will work closely with clients and internal teams in an advisory capacity, combining process insight, technical expertise, and a customer-oriented approach. Your responsibilities include:Pre-sales analysisSolution development (CAD/simulation)Support during new product introductionsCollaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to support high-value warehousing projectsCreate simulations to test and validate proposed solutionsInterpret and develop technical drawings and documentationSupport the rollout of new products and services through training, expertise, and materialsWhat we are looking for: We are looking for someone who can analyse customer operations and propose technical solutions aligned with business needs. You should be able to:Work cross-functionally with product management, technical teams, and clientsHave extensive hands-on experience in warehousing and logistics operationsA proven background in logistics consultancy or warehouse processStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with simulations and technical drawing developmentProficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent)Education & Experience:A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical or consultative role within warehousingA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsWillingness to travel and work across diverse, multinational teamsWhat’s in it for you?
