SR163/TP137 Site Manager

Role – SR163/TP137 Site Manager Location – UK Mint Selection are working with a UK-based renewable energy leader who are seeking experienced Site Managers to join them on long term contracts for new projects they have kicking off.This role is ideal for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in high-voltage infrastructure, substation works, or grid connections, and who is fully authorised to manage and supervise on National Grid projects under SR163/TP137.Scope of Work:Take full site responsibility, ensuring compliance with National Grid safety and operational proceduresSupervise and coordinate all on-site activities including civil, electrical, and balance-of-plant worksManage subcontractors and site operatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standardsMaintain accurate site records, daily diaries, and progress reports in line with project requirementsAct as the point of contact for all site-based stakeholders including DNOs, National Grid representatives, and project teamsConduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks, enforcing strict adherence to HSEQ policiesLead site inspections and support commissioning, energisation, and handover proceduresSupport project planning, resource allocation, and logistical coordination in collaboration with off-site teamsRequirements:Demonstrable experience managing HV or substation projects 132kv and above.Strong understanding of National Grid safety rules, CDM regulations, and site management best practicesExceptional communication and leadership skillsValid SR163/TP137Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel/stay near project locationsThese will be 6 month renewable contracts and are outside IR35.If interested, please apply within or contact Harry Arnold on +44 208 057 3868 for further information.
