Senior Solicitor – Real Estate Disputes Our client’s leading Real Estate Disputes team is growing, and they are looking for a solicitor to join the team based in London.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse and challenging caseload, with a particular focus on residential property issues and matters arising under the Building Safety Act 2022.As a key member of the team, you will:Deliver high-quality legal advice across a wide range of residential property disputes.Advise on complex issues relating to the Building Safety Act 2022, including:Principal Accountable Person obligations (Part 4).Service charge advice (Part 5 & Schedule 8).Remediation Orders and Remediation Contribution Orders.Enforcement Notices and Government grant funding schemes.Handle other residential matters including:Service charge disputes (e.g. s.27A applications, s.20 consultation).Breach of covenant and tribunal proceedings.Enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants.Supporting transactional teams with strategic dispute advice.The team acts for a broad range of clients, including:Commercial landlords and tenantsDevelopers and investorsGround rent and residential landlordsSocial housing providersPrivate individualsWhat they are looking for:Strong experience in residential property disputes.In-depth understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022.Confidence in handling complex service charge, enforcement, and tribunal matters.A proactive, client-focused mindset.Apply now or reach out for a confidential chat. #Hiring #RealEstateLaw #PropertyDisputes #BuildingSafetyAct #LegalJobs #SeniorAssociate #LondonJobs #LawCareers #JoinUs
