Light Commercial Vehicle TechnicianFranchised Motor Dealership - DartfordOur client, a fantastic employer and well-established franchised dealer group, is looking to recruit an experience Light Commercial Vehicle TechnicianAre you a vehicle technician looking to progress your career with a long-established motor retailer?Salary: 32k - 47k Basic | 9k Bonus - uncapped earning potentialWorking hours/days: Monday to Friday; 8:00am - 5.30pm, Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm (1 in 4)Ideally, you will already possess relevant formal qualifications in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3, as well as a full Driving Licence and your own set of tools.What the role involves:Carrying out service, repairs, and maintenance to high standardsInspecting and accurately diagnosing vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components using manufacture diagnostic equipmentCarrying out Video Vehicle Health Checks and ensuring paperwork is accurate and up to dateEnsuring work is carried out efficiently to meet customer timeframes and that a high level of productivity is maintained.Engaging with manufacture training to keep up to date with the latest level of new models and technologyTo maintain high standards and quality of work to help us deliver a 'Right First Time' experience to our customersWhat We're Looking For.Qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsMOT licence (desirable but not essential)Full UK driving licenceA positive attitude and team-focused approachThis role would suit a technician who wants to be valued, rewarded for performance, and given clear opportunities to progress within a reputable branded dealership.Apply today with an up to date CV for a confidential conversation.Who are you applying to?The Solution Automotive Recruitment have been placing candidates into the UK Motor Trade since 1999.
