This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hands-on bakery environment, producing high-quality pastries and sweet treats for both retail and wholesale customers.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and produce laminated pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish, etc.)Bake cakes, cookies, biscuits, and a variety of other pastriesMaintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentationSupport stock control, ordering, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environmentWork as part of a close-knit team to deliver smooth daily productionRequirements:Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a bakery environmentStrong knowledge of lamination and pastry techniquesAbility to produce a wide range of cakes, cookies, biscuits, and pastriesExcellent attention to detail and pride in producing top-quality productsFlexibility to work early morning shiftsA positive, team-focused attitudeBenefits: Competitive pay Unlimited free coffee all day (we know how important it is at 5am!)
