This role does not offer sponsorship.As part of our continued growth, we have a fantastic new opportunity for an Outreach and Reintegration Lead to join our close-knit, passionate team at Heath Farm College part of Acorn Education.About the RoleThis is an exciting and vital new role, ideal for a qualified teacher who is motivated by making a real difference in the lives of young people. As Outreach and Reintegration Lead, you will support students who have been out of education for extended periods, or who find accessing a college environment particularly challenging due to anxiety or other emotional needs.Working predominantly 1:1, both on and off-site, you will:Build trusting relationships with students and their familiesDeliver tailored educational sessions that inspire confidence and engagementDesign and implement personalised reintegration plansAct as a bridge between home and college, supporting a phased return to educationWork closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each learners developmentThis is a highly rewarding role that requires resilience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.Were looking for someone who:Is a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)Has experience working with students who have been excluded or disengaged from educationUnderstands the impact of trauma, anxiety and SEND on learningHas outstanding communication skills and can build rapport quicklyIs passionate about helping young people achieve their potential, no matter the barriers theyve facedThrives working both independently and as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary teamWe would love to hear from you!
