Conduct Field-Based Activities: Support network operations by performing meter readings, inspecting Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), and using CCTV equipment to identify and resolve sewer network issues. Manage Contractor Relationships: Coordinate and supervise external contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and in line with environmental standards. Maintain Accurate Records and Systems: Keep detailed operational logs and update electronic databases with asset and customer information to support compliance and portfolio management. Support Fault Diagnosis and Remediation: Identify faults across the network, assess appropriate remedial actions, and liaise with contractors to implement temporary or permanent fixes. Experience / Knowledge: Experience in wastewater treatment operations or similar utility fieldwork. Basic mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. Familiarity with sewer networks and drainage systems. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Full UK driving licence.
