This role also offers acompetitive base salary of up to £56,000 , plusup to £18,000 in quarterly bonusesbased on occupancy and achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings. Who Were Looking For Youll be a confident, child-centred leader with: Minimum 5 years experiencewithin residential childcare At least 2 yearssupervising or managing teams NVQ Level 3in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent) Level 5 Diplomain Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare A consistent track record of achievingGood or OutstandingOfsted results Youll bring excellence, resilience, and a deep commitment to transforming young lives.
