Job Description Cloud Infrastructure ArchitectLocation: Maidstone Area, KentSalary: Up to 85,000 per annumContract: Permanent, Full-Time (35 hours per week)About the Role:Were seeking a skilled and hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join a dynamic technology team. This is a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-level architecture solutions that support ambitious technology goals.What Youll Do:As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect, you will:Collaborate with architecture and technology teams on governance and design standards.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions architecture.Develop and maintain an integrated view of technology architecture using industry-standard frameworks and repeatable approaches.Lead technology assessments and ensure compliance with relevant standards.Provide consultancy and design support for internal projects.Drive maturity improvements within the architecture function.Own and maintain domain architecture standards.What Were Looking For:Proven experience in technology architecture and governance within enterprise-scale environments.Strong understanding of technology project lifecycles and software delivery processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Technical expertise in:Cloud: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, M365, Azure, Cloud Security, Azure DevOpsApplications: .NET, MS Dynamics, SQL Server, SSRS, M365 Apps, Exchange, SharePoint, IIS, ApacheSecurity: OWASP, Firewalls, ISO27001, Azure Security Benchmark, Microsoft Defender, zScalerNetworking: Switches, Firewalls, ExpressRoute, MPLS, Routing Protocols, CASB, Azure FrontDoorServers: VMware, Windows Server (20082025), LinuxSDLC: Azure DevOps, IaC, TerraformFamiliarity with TOGAF principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with financial systems is a plus.Whats in It for You:Hybrid working model.Six weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.Generous pension contributions.Professional development opportunities.Access to employee benefits and wellbeing programs.
