Role & Financial Overview: Key Detail Specification Position M&E Site Manager (Electrical Bias) Day Rate 350 Per Day (CIS/Umbrella) Contract Security Scheme completion (guideline 2030 ) Location Premier Development Site, South East London (Confidential) Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take charge of all electrical installation works across multiple residential and commercial blocks, including: Site Leadership: Managing and directing site teams, sub-contractors, and ensuring all works align with program schedules and technical specifications. Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining stringent QA/QC processes for 1st/2nd fix, containment, and final testing. Health & Safety: Leading daily briefings, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring strict compliance with all site health, safety, and environmental regulations. Reporting: Liaising directly with the Project Manager, main contractor, and internal commercial teams to track progress and manage resources. Mandatory Requirements: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Essential. Proven background as a Site Manager, Foreman, or Supervisory Electrician on large-scale new-build residential or commercial projects. Strong Electrical qualifications (e.g., JIB Gold Card/Approved Electrician, 18th Edition). Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage trade interfaces efficiently.
