Job Description Domestic Electrician Rochester covering Dartford, Bromley, Croydon and MedwayUp to 44,000 including company van and fuel cardJoin Hyde as a Domestic Electrician.The RoleAs an Electrician at Hyde you will be working within Property Services to provide a responsive and professional electrical service to residents ensuring all internal and external work sites are adequately protected and maintained.What You'll DoDeliver works such as rewires, remedial works, installation of smoke detectors, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.Participate in the out of hour's service delivery on a rota basis to ensure electrical issues are dealt with promptly.Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.Exercise and promote the highest levels of duty, care and safety within all working environments to minimise levels of risk to The Hyde Group employees, properties and residents.Undertake any required repairs to maintain high levels of safety, security and working conditions across The Hyde Group properties (including vehicles and tools) in compliance with current policies and proceduresSkills and Experience RequiredHave proven experience of working on residential properties, social housing is desirableHold an 18th Edition qualificationHold a level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalentHold an Electrical Inspection & Testing (2391) qualificationBe able to work in accordance with NICEIC requirements.Equity, diversity and inclusion are central to life at Hyde.
