The Role: As a key part of the team, your responsibilities will include: Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range ofcommercial contracts , including T&Cs, service agreements, licensing, IT/SaaS, distribution and supply agreements Advisingentrepreneurs and early-stage businesseson business structure, funding, IP and shareholder matters Supportingcharitable organisationswith governance, compliance and transactional advice AssistingSMEs and privately owned businesseson risk management and day-to-day commercial operations Advising international clients oncross-border agreementsand UK regulatory compliance Contributing tobusiness developmentand nurturing long-term client relationships About You: We’re looking for a qualifiedSolicitor (England & Wales)with: 3+ years' PQEin commercial law (from a regional, national, or City firm) Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-first mindset An interest in developing your practice and contributing to team growth Experience withstart-ups, SMEs , orcharitiesis a strong advantage What’s on Offer?
