Job DescriptionOne of the UKs best-known brands are seeking an Interim Senior SNAM to manage and develop the Tesco account for a 12mth maternity cover. This role is a pivotal position where you will have full P&L responsibility for the Tesco business and help the business understand how todays consumers shop and have a good understanding of how to build exciting JBPs that will motivate the retailer which will ultimately help towards achieving results and help grow the business. Interim Senior NAM - Tesco#1 Brand Leader / 12mth Mat CoverMaidenhead 2 days + 3 days WFHnegotiableThe role:As a Senior NAM overseeing the Tesco account, you will take the lead and be responsible for driving strategic growth and ensuring delivery of annual sales and profitability targets. You'll lead the JBP execution, manage promotional strategy, and negotiate commercial terms to maximize brand performance and work in collaboration with Tescos buying teams and internal stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, and category management. You:- A commercial background working with Top4 Grocery customers for a branded FMCG business. - Have evidence of executing solid JBPs whilst delivering profit.- Results-focused and confident to challenge the business ways of working.- Highly numerate including P&L management experience with good analytical skills.- Comfortable with working within the Berkshire region c2 days p/wk.- Available to start this 12mth FTC from Sept/Oct.
