The legal team plays a central role in supporting that growth.Reporting into the Legal Director (EMEA) with close collaboration across UK and European leadership, this is a broad, hands-on commercial role with real exposure to senior stakeholders.Youll be:Providing day-to-day legal support across multiple EMEA entitiesReviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, services etc.)Advising on legal aspects of business projects and commercial roll-outsSupporting marketing and campaign-related legal documentationAssisting with signing/closing procedures and execution of documentsConducting legal research and providing pragmatic guidanceSupporting billing coordination and legal admin processesIts a role for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and being embedded in the business.What Theyre Looking ForUK qualified lawyer (essential) with 4+ years PQEPrior experience in private practice (strongly preferred), ideally with commercial exposureSolid grounding in commercial/contract lawExperience in international or multi-jurisdictional environmentsData privacy knowledge (nice to have, not essential)Competition/cartel law exposure (a bonus, but not required)Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levelsStrong English language skills (German a plus, but not essential)Pragmatic, proactive and business-mindedOrganised, structured and able to prioritise in a dynamic environmentComfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative teamThis isnt a slow-paced, heavily layered corporate environment.They operate at speed.
