The Opportunity This is one of the most significant leadership appointments Dignity has made in recent years. The Crematoria & Memorial Group (CMG), a division of Dignity, is at an inflexion point. With a national network of crematoria and cemeteries, a growing memorialisation business, and a clear strategic mandate to unlock significant revenue and growth potential, CMG is ready for a leader who will take it to the next level.As Managing Director of CMG, you will sit on Dignity's Executive Leadership Team, report directly to the Group CEO, and take full ownership of one of the UK's most important end‑of‑life service businesses. You will lead a talented, committed team through a period of genuine transformation, scaling revenues, raising the bar on operational excellence, and putting CMG on the map as the gold standard in crematoria and memorial services.This is not a maintenance role. It's a builder's role. A growth role.
