Building Safety Act Principal Designer (Part-Time )

We’re looking for an experienced Building Safety Act Principal Designer to support a 6–9 month project in Berkshire.This is a part-time role with a requirement for regular site presence, so we’re keen to hear from professionals who can combine strong technical knowledge with practical, on-site delivery.Key Responsibilities:Act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety ActProvide oversight and coordination of design risk managementEnsure compliance with Building Regulations and duty holder requirementsWork closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholdersAttend site as required to support safe and compliant deliveryWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience acting as a BSA Principal DesignerStrong understanding of the Building Safety Act and CDM RegulationsAbility to influence and coordinate across multiple stakeholdersComfortable with a hands-on, site-engaged roleDuration: 6–9 monthsType: Part-time (with site attendance)If you’re available or know someone who fits the brief, please get in touch or apply directly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
