What you'll be doing... Leading a team of 5 x General Assistants, ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Overseeing the preparation and service of around 300 meals per day, meeting dietary requirements and allergy guidance Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs in line with budgets Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health 'safety, and allergen regulations Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 2:30pm, 35 hours per week, term time only What can you bring?
