Commercial Property Solicitor - Macclesfield - Permanent - up to 40K DOE We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Solicitor to join our clients dynamic legal team. This role is essential for providing expert legal advice and support to our clients on a range of commercial matters. Duties include: Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial contracts, agreements, and transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial documents to ensure compliance with legal standards. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and client inquiries. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions. Attend clients in person and via telephone Participate in marketing activities Take part in business development opportunities Manage correspondence and documents The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at last 5 years expereince, have a higha ttention to detail, be a team player and have the ability to manage their own workload.
