We are renowned for delivering exceptional weddings alongside charity events, corporate meetings and flagship company events, all supported by a professional and friendly team. We are now seeking an experienced Senior Banqueting Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade and play a key leadership role within our banqueting operation. What youll be doing Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Preparing and delivering high-quality food for large-scale banqueting events Planning and organising daily food operations Leading, supervising and mentoring junior and agency chefs Taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards About you Proven experience across all sections of the kitchen Strong banqueting background with high-volume service experience A confident senior chef who leads by example Passionate about food with excellent attention to detail Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team Working pattern Predominantly 4 days per week Usually daytime hours: 8:00am6:30pm Occasional evening shifts only, depending on event requirements Weekends and bank holidays required as part of an events business What we offer A senior kitchen role with a strong work-life balance Consistent daytime hours for the majority of shifts Supportive, family-run environment Opportunity to be part of a well-established and respected events venue Apply now If you would like to join us as our next Senior Banqueting Sous Chef, click Apply and complete our short application (34 minutes).
