Job Description Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer Days (MonFri)Location- MacclesfieldSalary- 37,000 40,000 + 6% company pension + overtime + 27 days holiday + bank holidaysAbout the Role: A long-established manufacturing business in Macclesfield is seeking an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join their close-knit engineering team. This opening has become available due to the upcoming retirement of a valued team member a rare opportunity, as everyone in the team has over 10 years of service, which speaks volumes about what it's like to work here.You'll be responsible for maintaining, fault-finding, and repairing manufacturing and production equipment, ensuring the smooth and safe running of plant operations. This is a days-only role, Monday to Friday, offering great work-life balance and long-term stability.The Role:Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipmentDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults quickly and efficientlySupport process improvements and continuous reliability initiativesWork safely to company and regulatory standardsYou'll Need:Electrical bias with strong multi-skilled maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentRecognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or similar)A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a team-focused approachWhat's on Offer:Salary: 37,000 40,000 DOEDays: Monday to FridayPension: 6% company contributionOvertime: x1.3 on Saturdays, x2 on SundaysHolidays: 27 days + 8 bank holidaysStable, supportive environment with excellent staff retentionInterested?
