Finance Manager

Opportunity The Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the company, ensuring the overall accuracy of the group's accounting records and reports, and maintaining robust controls and processes within the finance team. This role is a fixed term contract initially for 6 months with a good chance of going permanent. Whilst the role is initially a 6 month contract given the planned growth of the business other opportunities may well present themselves during the term of the contract. The company has offices Macclesfield and offer a flexible approach to work. Immediate start available. Key Responsibilities Ensure adherence to a robust system of controls and processes, making and implementing improvements as necessary Responsibility for production of group management accounts and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy of reporting information and adherence to reporting timetable Completion of VAT reporting requirements and responsibility for Group VAT registration Production of cashflow information Reconciliation across finance systems and reporting platforms and coordination with relevant teams Various commercial reports Experience Required Ideally qualified, part qual considered Ideally experience working in a high growth organisation Willing to take ownership for this area of the business Please send your CV to or call me on 07984 199519 to discuss the opportunity.
