Industrial Disease Fee Earner/Solicitor

We currently have a vacancy for a Personal Injury Fee Earner in our Industrial Disease department at Imperium Law Solicitors in Macclesfield, Cheshire. We are searching for a new Fee Earner/Solicitor to join our Industrial disease department. You will need the ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload. Minimum Requirements LLB Law DegreeFor the right candidates we are able to offer training contracts. 2+ years of running an Industrial Disease caseload is required Skills/Competencies A complete case handler mindful of statutory legislation, CPR and relevant case law An ability to work as a team Ability to keep calm and deliver results in a performance driven environment Good IT skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a volume claimant litigation environment mindful of the pressure that arises from a litigated case load Ability to work to tight deadlines, effective organisation and time management skills An ability to deliver excellent legal advice while maintaining client care standards A working knowledge of compliance issues and relevant codes of conduct and accounts rules Personal Qualities Driven Personable Professional Honest Hard working Conscientious Self-motivating Team player Focused on development and improvement Salary/Benefits Salary up to 45,000 per annum 23 days plus your bank holidays annual leave (increases with length of service) Pension Private Medical Insurance Birthday off Recruitment Incentive 1,000 Offer hybrid workingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to 45,000.00 per yearSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: In personReference ID: IDFE/SOL
