Compliance Officer

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the South Manchester region, who are recruiting for a Compliance Officer on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately, with a hybrid working pattern on offer. The salary on offer for the role is £37,790.90 per annum. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have experience within property compliance and have a keen eye for detail.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Overseeing cyclical inspection programmes, maintaining records related to completed and outstanding worksMonitoring and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance for a social housing providers stock, focused on the ‘Big 6’Maintaining accurate and up to date registers and asset records, ensuring key dates are highlighted to inform worksMonitoring data reports to identify when key works are dueArranging and overseeing surveys and inspectionsEnsuring contractors are meeting pre-agreed SLAsSupporting the HS Manager and Compliance manager with non-compliance issues as required Experience required:Experience required in Social HousingExperience working with customers within housing Experience working within social housing compliance Experience uploading documents, and updating records Working hours:37 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
