The RoleA senior leadership position ideal for an experienced operations or staffing focused manager from a high-volume temporary labour or event background. Youll be accountable for UK operations managing a growing head-office team, leading client workforce planning, service delivery and compliance. Reporting to the overseas-based owner and working closely with Sales and Staffing operations Managers, youll have the autonomy to drive results from day one. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of temporary staffing operations, including recruitment, workforce supply and planning and post-event debriefsClient focused to ensure event teams are deployed efficiently, briefed, and performance-ready.Partner with Sales and Ops teams to support the successful growth of client accounts and live activationsMonitor profitability, performance metrics, and operational KPIsRepresent Flair at executive-level client meetings, proposals, and strategic reviewsTriage issues to deliver solutions throughout the business.
