Our client, a thriving Furniture Manufacturer and Supplier , is seeking a Facilities Administrator to join their growing team in Lytham St Annes.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.Duties/Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Facilities Teams including Warehouse, Purchasing and OperationsBuild good working relationship across all departments across the business to ensure on-time deliveriesLiaising with Production and Logistics to maximise manufacturing capabilitiesRaising Supplier Purchase OrdersAssist with management of agency drivers and contract driversCustomer liaison & booking in customer deliveriesMaintain records for stock management purposesMaintain Goods Inwards systemsWorking closely with Suppliers and building strong working relationshipsManaging orders through to completionSkills/Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a busy Facilities office environmentExperience of working in a manufacturing environmentVery strong IT skills, with Microsoft Excel knowledge essentialGreat communications skills, with very good command of the English languageOrganised with meticulous attention to detailPositive and 'can do' attitude5 GCSEs incl.
