Brand new staff role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the water sector! Senior Quantity Surveyor Commercial Location: Testwood (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: Competitive annual salary Join Our Commercial Team! We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our Commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for the commercial management of projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. What Youll Do: Manage projects and work packages through quantity surveying duties. Liaise with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyze, and control costs. Work collaboratively with clients to ensure their requirements are met. Manage main contracts, issuing notices and correspondence as needed. Prepare subcontract documentation and assist in managing subcontractor performance. Oversee applications for payment and produce project cost/value reports, budgets, and forecasts. Support the development of junior commercial staff and maintain your professional growth. Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach while upholding confidentiality and professionalism. What Were Looking For: Essential: Degree or equivalent qualification. Working towards or holding chartered membership of a recognized institution. Experience in utilities, civil engineering, or MEICA sectors. NEC3 contract experience. Desirable: Experience managing or developing a small team. Why Work with Us?
