Boatbuilder/ Multi-Skilled Tradesperson (Joinery/ Yachts) Lymington 20.40 per hour + 33 Days Holiday + Pension + Flexible Working + Free On-Site Parking + Training + Excellent Career Progression To Supervisor Are you a Boatbuilder or a Multi Skilled Tradesperson with experience in composite and wooden boat repairs, looking for a new challenge in a close knit, family run business where you'll be valued, supported, and given the opportunity to train, progress, and develop into a supervisory role within a thriving industry? In the role you will be joining a skilled team of shipwrights and apprentices, working on refit and repair projects for private yachts and commercial vessels. You will be responsible for structural composite and wooden repairs, interior and exterior fit-outs, installations, gelcoat finishing and general boatbuilding tasks, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards of precision and quality. This role would suit a Boatbuilder or a Multi Skilled Tradesperson with experience in composite and wooden boat repairs, looking for a new challenge in a close knit, family run business where you'll be valued, supported, and given the opportunity to train, progress, and develop into a supervisory role within a thriving industry.
