What You'll Be Doing Lead and inspire a motivated team, ensuring smooth and efficient parcel handling, sorting, and scanning. Drive the performance of the warehouse by managing the throughput of parcels to meet and exceed operational targets. Perform quality checks to guarantee all parcels meet company standards, keeping safety at the forefront. Train and develop new team members, helping them excel and maintain top-tier performance. Support the shift manager by addressing any challenges and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, championing both company policies and health 'safety standards. What We Need From You A passionate, proactive leader with experience in warehouse management or a similar role. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
