Stock and Demand Coordinator

Based - Lutterworth, LE17 4DU (hybrid, 50% of your time in the office) Working Pattern - Tuesday to Saturday, 08:00 - 16:00 Salary - 30,000 per annum We're looking for a proactive and analytical Demand and Stock Co-ordinator to support our demand forecasting process and ensure excellent stock availability across our customer and Premier Foods product lines. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced supply chain environment, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and enjoys problem solving to keep stock flowing efficiently. What you'll be doing: Maintain accurate demand and stock data in Maestro systems Monitor ordering, stock levels and EPOS data to maximise availability Work closely with supply chain, operations, sales and production teams Resolve stock and service issues with timely, clear communication Support key events (e.g. Christmas, Easter) and customer updates Identify process improvements to strengthen stock flow and reduce waste What you'll bring: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability Confidence using replenishment systems and Microsoft Office Experience in customer service or demand planning What we'll offer you in return: Salary of 30,000 per annum Pension scheme up to 7.5% Life assurance Employee assistance program Employee discount platform Join us to play a key role in ensuring availability for our customers while developing your skills in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
