The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the organisation. Key responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, managing phone communications, assisting Professional Conference Organisers with administrative duties, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining organisational records. The role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent organisational skills, and effective communication abilities.QualificationsStrong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical TasksProficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsExperience in Executive Administrative AssistanceAbility to organise and maintain records effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and time management skillsProficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office SuiteDiploma, equivalent education or administrative certifications are an advantageExperience in event planning or healthcare-related industries is a plus but not required
