Based in Luton, Capability Green | Hybrid We're looking for a dynamic and proactiveRecruitment Partnerto join our recruitment team at Churchill Services. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you'll play a vital role in attracting and sourcing talent across a broad range of management and administrative roles. This is a key position where you'll help shape and enhance our recruitment practices, lead campaigns for both individual and volume hiring, and ensure a consistent and engaging candidate experience. You'll also support the wider HR team in developing a compelling and authentic employer brand. As aRecruitment Partneryou will: Source and attract high-performing talent across various functions and divisions within Churchill Services Use a range of resourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, headhunting, job boards, and social media Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial briefing to offer stage Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our ATS and CRM systems Drive long-term talent attraction by promoting the Churchill brand across multiple social channels Build strong relationships with hiring managers and nurture active talent pools Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies As aRecruitment Partneryou will have: Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments Skilled in leveraging job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent and develop talent pipelines Solid understanding of the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, ideally with ATS experience Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information What we offer you We believe in rewarding talent and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.
