The Ideal candidate: Have experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs Be calm, patient, resilient, and empathetic Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills Be passionate about working within the education & training sector Be able to commute reliably to Luton We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in Luton, working within the education and training sector. Key Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 and small group behaviour support.
