You'll play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement within the education & training environment. The Ideal candidate: Have experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs Be calm, patient, resilient, and empathetic Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills Be passionate about working within the education & training sector Be able to commute reliably to Luton We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in Luton, working within the education and training sector. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support children and young people who require additional behavioural and emotional guidance to succeed in their education & training journey. Key Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 and small group behaviour support. Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs Implementing behaviour strategies and intervention plans within education and training Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement with learning Helping maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
