Job Description

Teaching Tomorrow, a local and reputable teaching agency, are working on behalf of a large secondary school in Luton, to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Design and Technology Teacher. The post to is to commence from after May half term teaching both key stage 3 and key stage 4. You will join a supportive and dynamic department, highly equipped. This is a full-time opportunity, initially until the end of the academic year. You will inspire creativity and practical problem-solving skills in areas such as product design, resistant materials, systems & control, and/or graphics. In return you will be working within a thriving and inclusive school community, with modern DT facilities and excellent resources. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong knowledge of the DT curriculum and experience in delivering it effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students. Enthusiasm for promoting wellbeing among young people.
