They deliver new build and refurbishment projects in commercial, education, healthcare, leisure and highways/civil engineering, with project values ranging from 250k to 5m. The team is highly skilled, friendly and stable, working from impressive countryside offices and maintaining strong, long-standing client relationships.The RoleYou will prepare accurate and competitive tenders across a wide range of sectors, working closely with the commercial team. You will be joining an existing estimating team of two, working largely from the office with site visits as required.Projects include both new build and refurbishment schemes, as well as small civils and groundworks elements. Youll build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, contributing to a culture focused on quality, value and teamwork. Experience with Causeway is beneficial but not essential.The Right Person5+ years experience as an Estimator in construction Experience in new build or refurbishment (ideally both) Groundworks or civils experience beneficial but not essential Strong IT literacy (Causeway experience an advantage) GCSE Maths grade C or above Strong analytical and communication skills Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Comfortable pricing projects from 250k to 5mThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator seeking long-term stability, excellent pay and a genuinely supportive team.
