TIG Fabricator - BackshiftYou will be responsible for fabricating pipe arrangements from shop drawings, ensuring compliance with company standards while adhering to health and safety processes.Job Summary:Monday to Thursday 16:45-03:45,.Competitive rates of pay based on experience. with overtime available at 1.5.Key Responsibilities:* Fabricate pipe sets for various pipe diameters (typically carbon steel 'stainless-steel pipe ranging from 65mm - 500mm) from shop drawings.* Ensure company welding procedures are adhered to and pipe preparation and fit up is carried out to the correct standard.* To undertake training in line with company standards and complete Cross training in various welding activities.* To use precision measurement instruments and metal cutting and grinding equipment.* General workshop duties.RequirementsEssential:* Experience working as a TIG fabricator* The ability to interpret welding procedure requirements.* Able to use Shop floor hand tools.* Confident in understanding shop fabrication and assembly drawings.Desirable:* Previous experience as a pipe fabricator, producing a wide range of pipe arrangements with either TIG/MAG and able to use MMA.* Previous experience within a heavy fabrication, architectural steelwork or welding environment...
