Machine Operator

Job Description: We are looking for a machine operator to work in a busy manufacturing environment for our South Shropshire based client. Candidates with existing machine operation experience, who are willing to learn and develop their skills, are encouraged to apply as full training can be provided. What you can expect: 13.00 per hour Alternate shift work - Monday to Friday 6/2 + 2/10 Regular overtime on Saturdays is required in busy periods Temporary to permanent position What you will be doing : Operation of electronic embroidery machines Working to strict quality control standards Ensuring products are finished to the specified job specification Maintenance and cleaning of machinery Assisting with other members of the time and general assistance as required What we are looking for: Good attention to detail Previous machine operation Experience of working within a manufacturing/production environment Good hand to eye coordination with a keen eye for detail - essential Can do attitude with good communication skills Basic computer skills - essential Availability to complete all shifts including occasional Saturdays during busier periods Recruitment Direct Leominster Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
