Its our goal to make you feel great about working with us, and we work hard to cultivate a culture that makes it easy for you to stay with us for many years.The Private Client TeamComprising 21 fee earners and 18 support staff, the team is led by Partner and Team Head, Valerie Robinson with whom you will work closely alongside other partners and colleagues. You will be based at the Ludlow office, with the wider team working from Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Worcester and Telford offices.The RoleYoull be managing a range of Private Client matters commensurate to the role, including LPAs, wills, estate administration, creation of trusts and supporting with business development events and activities from time to time.Our fee earners are able to work hybrid (two days from home on a full-time basis) after probation, subject to business and client needs. We want to ensure that you are fully supported by the team upon joining, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well regarded and established team which continues to develop its client base.Key requirementsYou will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, with at least five years post qualified experience, preferably with a generalist/mixed caseload of Private Client work. A full driving licence is required for this role.Day to day, youll be successful in this role bya commitment to outstanding client care. maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.adhering to and implementing Law Society and firm guidelines and regulations. following regulatory and best practices in accordance with GDPR and Solicitors accounts rules. maintaining best practice for debt recovery. proactively engaging in marketing and business development including cross-team referrals.
