Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead a busy branch in Lowestoft. You will manage day-to-day operations, support and develop your team, and ensure clients receive high-quality care.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage branch staff, creating a positive and supportive environmentTake part in the branch on-call rota, managing incidents, emergencies, safeguarding concerns, and service continuityOversee scheduling, client intake, care planning, and service coordinationEnsure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and risk managementBuild strong relationships with clients and the local communityMonitor branch performance, budgets, KPIs, and identify growth opportunitiesSkills and ExperiencePrevious management experience in a domiciliary care setting is essentialStrong business acumen with a drive to grow the serviceKnowledge of CQC standardsExcellent leadership and communication skillsFull UK driving licenceEducationMinimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalentTo Apply: For more information or to apply, please contact:Emma Brown 01206 584170 Option 2 for healthcareJBRP1_UKTJ
