Maintenance Manager

Your new company We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to work for a leading global manufacturer based in Lowestoft. This business produces in excess of 120,000 tonnes, across 4 manufacturing sites with over 500 full-time employees. Your new roleYou will lead a team of engineers across a specialist manufacturing facility, ensuring the maintenance strategy is adhered to, meeting the agreed business KPIs, safety, quality and customer service. You will be first line manager for up to 12 engineers, managing work allocation, across days and shifts. You will ensure manufacturing operations meet agreed key performance indicators (KPIs), including PE, Mean Time to Repair, Mean Time Between Failure, waste, customer service, PM completion, Food Safety Critical PM completion, Corrective action completion. You will, where required, represent the Engineering department at Site Management Forums and external bodies (HSE, BRC). Maintain all the key manufacturing / business processes e.g. ISO, HACCP & SAP and ensure that the department maintains its BRC AA* audit performance.
