The role involves managing the demolition of existing modular buildings and overseeing the construction of a new tarmac flat car park with drainage. The project is situated on a live GP surgery site in a confined town centre location, requiring excellent client and customer-facing skills to minimise disruption and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Strong leadership, site management, and communication skills are essential to coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and uphold health and safety compliance throughout the project.
