Youll be involved in a wide range of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee data management. This is a key role that ensures the HR team can deliver a professional, efficient, and people-focused service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the HR leadership team in planning departmental activities and projects aligned with organisational goalsMaintain and update HR records using relevant HR systemsAssist the Payroll Officer with processing changes, setting up new starters, and monthly payroll tasksAttend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actionsManage the central HR inbox, responding to enquiries and supporting recruitment processesCoordinate recruitment advertising, liaise with hiring managers and agencies, and arrange interview logisticsDraft job descriptions, person specifications, contracts of employment, and offer lettersAssist in onboarding processes and ensure timely completion of recruitment administrationAnalyse HR data (e.g. turnover, benchmarking) and generate reports as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and filesSupport the delivery and administration of internal training programmes .About YouWere looking for someone who is:Highly organised with excellent attention to detailA clear and confident communicator, both written and verbalProfessional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information responsiblyA team player with a warm and approachable mannerAble to prioritise work effectively and meet tight deadlinesSkilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident learning new systemsFlexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the departmentA strong interest in people and providing a professional HR service is essential.What We OfferSalary - 27,000 - 29,000Generous annual leave entitlement (32 days including BH)Matched pension contributions up to 6%Free on-site parkingMonday Friday, 8.30am 5pm (37.hours/ week)Access to employee wellbeing programmes health shieldOn-site facilities such as a gym or canteen (where applicable)Cycle to Work SchemeOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesIf this sounds like you please reach out to me on 01254 311477 or emailTPBN1_UKTJ
