IT Support Engineer We are recruiting an IT Support Engineer to join our client, a leading Managed IT Services provider. This position begins with a 6-month on-site role in Louth , supporting a large school through a major digital transformation. After this, you will move into a remote IT Support Engineer role within the wider MSP team. What youll be doing as an IT Support Engineer: Supporting staff onsite and remotely with IT queries. Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint. Delivering training sessions and building staff confidence with new technology. Maintaining networks, devices, and ensuring IT security. What were looking for in an IT Support Engineer: Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer in a school, college, or similar organisation. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and cloud solutions. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Why apply as an IT Support Engineer?
